Bollywood actress Lara Dutta has recounted a terrifying near-drowning experience she faced during the filming of the 2003 film, 'Andaaz,' with Akshay Kumar. The incident, which occurred while shooting a scene involving powerful waves, left Dutta deeply shaken and instilled in her a fear of water that lasted for years.

“It was a pretty terrifying experience,” Dutta stated. “The waves were much more powerful than we had anticipated, and I almost went under. Luckily, Akshay was there and he pulled me out.”
